It has been a while since we have updated this, but we are all doing just fine. Kait is at BYU and coaching the American Fork LaCrosse team, Matt & Amy are in a home now in Provo, will get some pictures up, Joe, Kristina & Allie are doing great.

Balcony House - we had to crawl through this tunnel to get out. My shoulders were too wide and I had to do it on my side, but what an experience.

We took a weekend trip down to Mesa Verde and this was up at Balcony House which we had to climb up this long latter and just about terrified me. Well I was terrified watching Cierra climb up, but she did just fine.

What a great time we have had in a day and a half in DC. As we came in the plane started to bank right and when it leveled out we were right next to the Washington Monument. We spend Wednesday evening walking the mall seeing the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, WWII memorial, which was awesome and a look at the White House. We then went to the ESPN Zone where we had the family traditional chocolate cookie ice cream and Sudden Death Brownie deserts. Fantastic! Thursday we went to the Capital and took the tour and then met our good friend, Kait's friend, Joscelin from Citrus Heights who is working in DC, and she went with us to the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian Natural History Museum. Great time.

What a beautiful day in Washington DC. We saw the Capital, the Library of Congress, the National Archive and the Smithsonian Natural History Museum.
